Okay, so - the job is going okay, I'm still not in an apartment yet, but I'm working on it. Hopefully, by next week.... In order to get into "Magic Valley" (as Twin Falls is called) you have to cross over the Snake River Gorge. It's absolutely gorgeous. In the canyon, there are 2 golf courses and a waterfront park. The pictures don't even do it justice. All I can say is, you need to come and see me!!! Just 5 miles down the road are the Shoshone Falls, also known as the Niagara of the West. I think I'll hit that this weekend unless I'm busy moving in. Anyway - M and I walked the rim of the canyon today and watched the base jumpers who jump near the bridge. I think that might have to be my next big adventure since skydiving!!! We'll see:)

Well....I was going to suggest to Jon that he fly out to see you but with your base jumping idea...I think I need to reconsider!!! Have a great time there, it looks fabulous!
I'm with Jane on this one - base jumping is freaking ridiculous and uberdangerous! Of course, the image of M leaping off a canyon wall is a little irresistible. Do dogs base jump?
And if your initial reaction is no way - why would you do something you won't let your doggie do?
